1️⃣ Eligibility for Returns

Products are eligible for return if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or not as described 🛠️.
  • Incorrect product was delivered 📦.
  • Item has missing parts or accessories ❗.
  • Return request is raised within 2 days of delivery.
  • The item is unused and in original packaging with tags intact 📦✨.

Non-returnable items:

  • Personal care & hygiene products
  • Innerwear, lingerie, and swimwear
  • Perishable goods
  • Customized or personalized items

2️⃣ Return Process

  1. Submit a return request through your account or email us at support@gloowshinne.com✉️.
  2. Include Order ID, photos/videos (if damaged), and reason for return 📸.
  3. We review requests within 24–48 hours ⏱️.
  4. Once approved, pickup will be arranged by our courier partner 🚚.

3️⃣ Replacement Policy

Replacement is provided if:

  • The item passes quality checks ✔️.
  • The same product/color/size is in stock.

If unavailable, a full refund will be issued 💰.

4️⃣ Refund Policy

Refunds are processed after quality inspection of the returned product.

⏳ Refund Timelines

  • UPI: 1–4 business days
  • Cards: 5–10 business days
  • Net Banking: 3–7 business days
  • COD: Refunded via bank transfer or store credit (10–15 days)

⛔ Refund may be denied if the returned item is used, damaged, or missing accessories.

5️⃣ Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped ❌.
  • If already shipped, cancellations are not allowed, but you may request a return after delivery.
  • Prepaid cancellations are refunded as per refund timelines.

6️⃣ Exchange Policy

You can request an exchange for:

  • A different size
  • A different color (if available)

7️⃣ Damaged or Incorrect Products

  • Report issues within 24–48 hours of delivery 🕒.
  • Provide photos/videos for verification 📷.
  • We will replace the item or issue a full refund.
